Apple has them in the Special Deals section for $179.00 with full warranty.

It's in wonderful condition and still under Apple's one year limited hardware warranty (bought last September). I can't predict whether the final winning price will be under your limit because it's an auction and includes an FM transmitter and armband, but right now it is.
If you were contemplating getting an armband or transmitter anyway, this might be of interest to you.
