iPod + HP ???

I was at costco the other day and found an "iPod + HP" iPod for $279.

Is this any different than the regular old iPod I already have (we're thinking of getting another one)

is it made by apple or hp?

should I avoid it? Or is it a good deal?

-HP iPod has HP logo on back as well as Apple logo.
-All iPods are Apple but the HP comes already formatted for windows.
