what is the best way to hardwire my ipod into a 2005 denali? any idea how much this would cost?

Check in the reviews section for the iPod2Car adaptor. There is a good review and a rough cost. They seem to be pretty easy to install.

The iPod2Car works on the 2003-2005 denali with the vehicle specific harness PXHGM3. These two parts will let you charge your iPod, play through your factory radio, and allow your factory radio control the iPod. it's a cool piece for around $200 www.ipod2car.com
