I have 20G iPod on Windows XP and my computer crashed when syncing. Since then, when I plug in the iPod, it won't be recognized by computer or iTunes, have tried resetting, have tried syncing in Disk Mode, but I can't get Updater to recognize to restore iPod. Before this, I didn't have any problems with syncing so I know it is not the USB card. Any suggestions? Thx
