Agent 18 ordering problems?

I ordered a Clickshield for my new 4G 20gig las Wednesday through the Agent 18 website. For a day the status said that it was pending, since then it has said that the order was processing. I still haven't gotten an email letting me know that they have recieved the order or that it will ship. There is no phone # on the site and they don't reply to emails.

Has anyone else experienced these type of problems when ordering from them? Or does anyone have a phone # for them?

Yes, I had the same problem. In fact mine STILL says Processing, even though I recieved the Shield on Friday. I got the confirmation e-mail on Saturday.

Read down in this forum and look for the thread named: Agent 18, so far, not so good...

Well, it sounds like you got yours, so I guess I will just be patient. Did you ever get ahold of their phone #? I wouldn't mind getting that just to make sure that they got my order. They really need to work on their customer service it sounds like... But I have read a lot of good reviews on thier cases. Hopefully it will be worth it.

I had the same issue. Actually sent them a note - they cited some issues with their system, which it appears have still not been resolved. Basically, their storefront is pretty weak. That said, they got the actual delivery to me in a matter of a couple of days. As bagss sez, it still said "processing" on the site.

Poor communication but not bad on the actual service side. My impression is it's a pretty small business...

That is what I figured. I'm sure it's just a few guys outsourcing the manufacuring. I work for a very very small business, so I understand. It is just that a phone # would be nice, you know?

Couldn't agree more that a phone # would be nice. And I think that's why they don't provide one :)

I never got the phone number, but did get 2 nice e-mails from them, finally...
