Well, Last Tuesday I orderd an Agent 18 ClickShield for my new 60Gb iPod Photo. The web site STILL shows that my order is PROCESSING. When I got home from work today, much to my surprise the clickshield had arrived. Sort of odd considering the site said the order was still PROCESSING. I opened it up and attempted to put it on my 60Gb iPod. Only then did I realize that what I had been sent was a 20Gb ClickShield, not the one for the 60Gb.
Unfortunately, there is no POC info on the case or with the shipment. There is a POC (Phone Number) for someplace called "San Jose Distribution Services", but they are closed for the weekend.I sent an e-mail via the web site but it says they will "respond within 48 hours", sounds like great customer service to me.
I know someone else here had some problems with Agent 18 and ended up getting hold of the guy that runs the company. If anyone has any contact info for these folks, I'd appreciate a PM with the number etc. Maybe I can call him and get this settled.
