Agent 18, so far, not so good....

Well, Last Tuesday I orderd an Agent 18 ClickShield for my new 60Gb iPod Photo. The web site STILL shows that my order is PROCESSING. When I got home from work today, much to my surprise the clickshield had arrived. Sort of odd considering the site said the order was still PROCESSING. I opened it up and attempted to put it on my 60Gb iPod. Only then did I realize that what I had been sent was a 20Gb ClickShield, not the one for the 60Gb.

Unfortunately, there is no POC info on the case or with the shipment. There is a POC (Phone Number) for someplace called "San Jose Distribution Services", but they are closed for the weekend.I sent an e-mail via the web site but it says they will "respond within 48 hours", sounds like great customer service to me.

I know someone else here had some problems with Agent 18 and ended up getting hold of the guy that runs the company. If anyone has any contact info for these folks, I'd appreciate a PM with the number etc. Maybe I can call him and get this settled.

Anyway, I would give it a few days before jumping to conclusions and contacting the president himself. I'm sure they will resolve the matter quickly ... and once they do, I'm sure you're really going to like the new case! :D

well, first time agent 18 case for 20G ipod was good. but it's been using more than 2months now. during that time, I exchanged one because it got crack around the clickwheel. then now again it has three big cracks where back side of top part that crack has grown even I don't do nothing. other are right side where two pieces holding part that made from rubber or something. well, maybe I frequently opened the case. that'
s why it has cracks? it doesn't make any sense. I also use use contourdesign ipod mini case isee. it's really fine. i don't have any problem. scratches? I just forget it.

agent18 company must fix this problem why the case occurs few cracks without doing anything about hitting, dropping.

Well, Got an e-mail from them today. They are sending out the new box on Monday and will include an envelope to return the other one. Hopefully this will all work out and I can start enjoying this case....

Well, I finally got the right Agent 18 case for my iPod Photo. It showed up last Wednesday and I had my wife send it to me as I am out of town on business. It showed up here Saturday and all seem well. The case fits snugly but not to tightly where it seem like it will break. Hopefully it will work out well. I'm not to thrilled with the completely open top and bottom, and if iSee ever makes a case for the photo I may look into it as well.

Also, Agent 18 never sent back the empty envelope for the 20Gb Shield they sent me by mistake, so I still have that as well. Anyone interested?
