Man, this is freakin annoying. Anyone else's iPod photo skip? I have to reboot it, and then the skipping goes away, but wtf is up with that? Seems to happen after I eject it from iTunes.

Lots of old discussion on skipping...some of the threads may answer your question. You might also want to try a simple reset of the iPod for starters:

Yeah, well that's what I meant by rebooting.. so yeah, a simple reset does fix it, but it happens quite frequently so it's starting to tick me off. I really hope Apple addresses it in the next update, whenever that is.. half way through this month and still no "March" update.
