Best Altoids Case Yet IMO
will suffice till i get a good case

I made this up today using;
Altoids case
Drill and bit
Fun Foam from Wal-mart (33 cents a piece)
Krazy Glue
Scissors

nice case

anyone who is just clicking "next" in the album, pic 7 is much different and i dont think many people would like to see it.

Wow, that's cool; I made an Altoids case similar to that, meaning that I drilled the hole for the headphones as well; however, I also used felt lining for the bottom. I also used something I saw in someone else's case (yes, they are becoming ubiquitous now); I cut the plastic from the shuffle box holding the iPod to fit the case, and it serves as quite a neat holder. And, of course, it fits the card, headphones, and lanyard cap.

OP better pop in a rubber grommet or the metal will cut the wiring at some point.

Ha ha, funny you should mention that; that is exactly what I did to smoothen out the burrs formed when drilling the hole in.

wow, nice job amn. 10 out of 10 for you. i like the way you could put the head phones in it. i like cases everyone i making here.

I think you should have foam on all sides of the shuffle..that's what I did for mine

im getting my shuffle soon, i have a similar container (different brand), so i was wondering what the dimentions of that case is (to see if mine is the same) i hope it is.

dimentions???
