is there a certain amount of time you have to send the BOX apple sends you when you request a repair?

it says SUGGESTED DUE DATE which is 2/28/05. i have clearly waited too long........ i just went to Apple to request them to send another box but they gave me a error message saying that i have already requested one. Should i send it anyways? and if not what should i do????????

You should call them and ask can you still send it even though it's past the due date http://www.apple.com/contact/phone_contacts.html
