When I plug it in I get no response at all. Had a computer crash recently and lost all of my music except what was already on my ipod. Installed CopyPod to back load everything back to my pc. I toggled something like "Forced Ipod Detection" to get it to work but since then my pc doesn't acknowledge my pod at all. I tried reloading ipod software and Itunes but didn't work. It's probably a very simple fix but I can't figure it out and %&#@! Apple wants to charge me $40 for the phone call. Any suggestions would be much appreciated. Thanks.
