Anapod Explorer Question

I purchased an 40GB 4g iPod a little over 2 weeks ago. I purchased the Anapod Explorer shortly thereafter. I have had no problems transferring music with it from Real Player and Musicmatch to my iPod. Now I try to transfer a track purchased from Musicmatch and I am getting a message that the transfer was skipped because the track is already in my library. However when I search through the 1200 plus audio tracks in Anapod Explorer it does not appear. Has anyone ever experienced this problem? If so, were you able to correct it?
