I've just upgraded to a 40GB iPod Photo and so my trusty 20GB 2G unit needs a new home. It is in excellent condition and comes with everything that was in the original box (except it only comes with one pair of unused foam headphone covers). Everything else is included even the original box. It still holds a very good charge. I got over 6 hours of playback last night and it was not out of juice. There are minimal scratches from normal use but the screen is clear and shiny. The chrome is covered in fingerprints but has minimal scratching as well. Unit has been updated to version 1.5 of the firmware and is working flawlessly. I've never had any issues with it but it is still under a Best Buy Product Replacement Plan until 5/13/05. I will include the Best Buy paperwork. Since a new 20GB is $299.99 plus tax or shipping, I'd like to get $185 plus whatever insured shipping is to a U.S. address. 20GB 2G iPod
headphones with one pair of unused foam covers
AC adapter
firewire cable
iPod remote
carrying case
6-pin to 4-pin firewire adapter
CD-ROM with software (new version of iTunes at apple.com)
instruction manual and other paperwork
Best Buy receipt and Product Replacement Plan paperwork

could the iPod be replaced at any bestbuy or only the store you bought it at?

Best Buy PRPs are for Best Buy as a company not for a particular Best Buy store. No issues there. The unit has no issues that I've experienced so I do not expect that a purchaser will need to take advantage of the Best Buy PRP. I've heard of people using them to get a new battery but this unit still holds quite a bit of charge so that shouldn't be necessary.
