Ipod Service Problems

'm having problems installing/uninstalling ipod related software and i really need to do it cuz some files are corrupted and iTunes wont recognice my ipod.

Whenever i attemp to uninstall itunes, the updater or any ipod related software it says that it was interrupted and it couldnt finish, i cant install the new firmware either.

any ideas? :confused:

already tried that, the installer says the procces was interrupted and it doesnt uninstall, same problem for the updater.
