I have recorded my shows just fine, and have been posting them on my site (www.gethurt.com (http://www.gethurt.com)).
That's all I know. I don't know how to do the RSS feeds or whatever, or have it listed in iPodderX, etc.
Any help?

Dont know if you got your answer yet or not, but I used feedburner for my feed, it made it much easier to get it ready for the masses....

I use libsyn.com. They host blogs as well as podcasts. For 410/mo you get 250 MB of bandwidth, which is a really good deal.

Actually Pettusta, allow me to correct you regarding Libsyn. For $10/month, you get 250MB of STORAGE per month (which resets every month) with UNLIMITED Bandwidth. So, no matter how popular your show gets, your wallet won't care...
Megahurt, i use Libsyn and it's top notch. It's a blog/hosting/RSS Generator all in one...VERY simplistic...
