Ipod or shuffle

I am interested in buying a used Shuffle. I am looking for anything pretty much within the $80 range for now. Or we can make a deal. I might be able to go up to a hundred, but I don't know if I would if it's a used Shuffle. Or if anyone has a Mini that will work fine and works with a PC...
