I just purchased my 15 gb ipod for $320 from dell. Yes, it is possible. And here is how I did it. If you didn't know, there is a website called fatwallet.com... I just love this place, they have all sorts of online coupons and stuff... Anyways, dell offers 10% off peripherls, plus I used a $45 off coupon (it works on purchases over 400), I added in a 6.53 CDR thingy...

BUT... I checked my order status and dell says that my order for the Ipod is "Delayed" until like 5/30... I hope they change it :( , soon if they get a new stock next week...

Still it was (to me...) the deal of a lifetime for a new ipod! :D

Still if your looking to buy an ipod (gen 3 15 or 30 gb), no one that I checked has better prices then dell... hell, their shipping times is a drawback, but nonetheless it is best price on the net (shipping is cheap also, it goes from free to $10 for 2-day)...

Yeah, but now I am worried because dell has just pulled their ipod from their website... I wonder if they are even going to fill my order... I mean, dell, with the reputation that it has wouldn't DARE cancel my order (in which they confirmed) would they?

I got mine for $310. It doesn't make any sense since I got 10% off and 40 off 350 stackable...but, that's what the guy quote me for it yesterday. Mine's delayed until 5/29 and you're right, dell took off ipod from their website. I hope I get mine soon.

Ordered mine (15GB) at Dell on 05/15 and it shipped on05/16 and since 20min this sexy thing is sitting next to me and is charging.....
Besides the Ipod itself the packaging is so stylish and nice!

I found some cheap-er stuff at www.ecost.com. Go there and type iPod in the search box.

I'ma buy myself one of those XtremeMac Get Connected kits... its about $10 cheaper.

I wish I could have ordered earlier in the day on 5/15... still waiting until 5/30 for mine to ship according to order status page. :( Oh well, I don't have enough time to set it up now anyways and need to rip a large number of albums; but the wait is still killing me! I'm checking every few hours... Agh!

I don't know if that would have done it, I bought mine on the 14th. Wich really annoys me :(
