itunes a mini and a shuffle

Right well i will be receiving my shuffle on monday. But to the point im running windows xp with seperate accounts for all the family members my sister has an ipod mini and itunes is registered in her name. So im a bit confused in how i am going to get all my music onto my shuffle when it arrives as i will have to register my ipod and so on.

Any help will be appreciated in advance thanks

you use your user account and use the itunes library on your account to add songs to your shuffle

So i dont have to register my shuffle? and will it recognise it just as a different ipod?

if you use the ipod installer it will force you to register it, but if you just plug it in with itunes 4.7.1 installed it will just recognize it

Alright thanks for the info. I think im a bit to excited though, lets hope the snow is so bad im let off school for the day to play with my new shuffle.

a lot of times i have both my 4g 40gb and my shuffle plugged in at once
