Lajo Skin - Lanyard?

I just received my Lajo skin. I bought the thinnest one available and I am very happy with it. I had a question about the lanyard connection on the case. Is this sturdy enough to support the iPod with the lanyard and if so, where might a person find a lanyard to go with the skin. Thanks.

Lajo sells lanyards on his site. You can also probably just go to a Wal-Mart or Kmart and find them in their keychain section or such.
