I've seen the ShuffleMate and the cord management that it provides.
But cord management is a form of expression! The iPod Shuffle is cool in it's simplicity, but isn't it totally about style, too?
Someone should (please) manufacture a simple silicon skin for the Shuffle, with cord "grabbers" along the edges... but with the intention that the owner crisscrosses their cord... creates loops... coils... knots... something innovative.
I even just used a few rock climbing knots to take up the slack in my earbuds cord, and the folks at the Apple Store thought it rocked! :-)
