How can i load MP3 on my Ipod (Win98se USB 1,1)

I heard its complicated... when i connect my 3rd Gen Ipod 10GB with my PC he says "new hardware found" and he search for driver, but i dont know which i should use, i heard standard USB driver (USB Mass Storage) can you play give me the link on Win98se CD or on my harddrive or on internet so i know which driver i got to install so that the ipod is a new drive??
