Do you think the new 3G ipod should have the option to choose different colours for the buttons, instead of default red, and if so which colour would you prefer?

yes I think it should, it would be a great idea. You could choose a colour for the kind of mood you were in e.g. black =depressed, blue=chilled out etc.

I like the red. It's patriotic. You know...red, white and blue?

No no no no, colored faceplates would make the iPod like every other electronic device. Keep the chic cosmopolitian aesthetics. KISS.

yes, a multi-colored LED would be cool!
I would choose blue, it matches the display and looks great.

good idea, they should be designed like a mood ring. when i put my finger on the button the colour it lights up shows me what mood i'm in ( just in case i'm not sure )
