Picked up the 10GB 3rd Gen tonight. I paid the money for the USB cable :( I have to give apple a kudos for the GREAT packaging! It was so exciting unwrapping this baby!

Heh, I got my new pod this week as well. You've got to love the whole packaging - it feels like it's been designed to be opened, rather than designed just to hold all the bits and pieces.
I'm glad my shuttle cube has a FW port, as I wouldn't have known to get the usb cable otherwise.
