View Full Version : Music Match Juke Box does NOT recognize IPOD

1. Plug into Firewire
2. Get "Do not disconnect."
3. Nothing is being transferred.
4. When I click on File, Send to Portable Device - MMJB does not list the IPOD even after I upgraded to 2.01 or whatever.
HELP!

1. Uninstall MMJB
2. Disable Norton Antivirus
3. Re-install

Did you download the plug-in for your i-pod on the mm website? I had to download that before my computer would recognize it in mm. After that just copy music and sync it to your player easy as that!

Well i got another prob. When i connect my iPod to the comp and go to MMJB and press sync it says that my iPod has been used by another comp... But it never has. So i sync it. Next time....SAME THING!!!

I had that same problem. My computer gave me an aleart message saying that my ipod was being used by another computer and it asked me if I wanted to use it on mine and I said yes and it worked after that. I'm not sure how it happed though the window just popped up. I did however sent off an email to MMJB tech support and they might have resolved that problem for me becuase I told them that my ipod was not being recognized by MMJB. Tech support responded really fast and they were very helpful so maybe you should try to send them an email about your problem.
