Gear Live not shipping the iSkin that I won?? *Please don't move*

Well GearLive had a contest back in November to give out 5 free iSkins. I won 2nd place yet it has been 3 months and they continusouly made excuses as to why it hadn't been sent and now they are not responding to my emails.

What do I do? I feel more than a bit left out as they claim everyone else's got shipped except for mine (yes they did say mine was not shipped at all) And they have said it would be shipping out the next day but that never happened.

I provided all correct details but they're just not sending it.

Any advice?

I don't know what this has to do with "General" "iPod" discussion but I would try calling the company, every company has a phone number. I would call them everyday until you get it,

Pester them to no end. And you can sue them for false advertising if they don't give it to you. Also, try (if you can) and find the other contestants and see if they really got theirs.
