I am a new user of the iPod 20gb for windows and am hoping someone can answer three questions.

First, is there a way to increasethe volume beyond the factory settings. I use the iPod mostly on planes and need a little more volume (or better hearing).

Second, can someone tell me how to download music from the internet to my computer and then to the iPod.

Third, how do I delete songs from iPod? From my computer?

Thank you very much.

Michael

1-Connect the ipod and select get info>options and slide the volume bar up on the song. Edit>Select All will highlight all songs and you can do the whole library at once.
2-Go to the website and click on the download button/link available. Set up a download folder in 'my documents' or set the downloads to your music folder.
3-http://docs.info.apple.com/article.html?artnum=60940
Just right click on the song and select 'delete', then empty the trash can when you done and it will be deleted from the PC hard drive.

Not trying to insult you...but you do realize that you slide your finger clockwise on the scrollwheel while a song is playing to turn up the volume...right?
