Getting songs off ipod

My friend stored mp3s on my ipod using it as a hard drive. How do I get them off now?

The ipod does not show up as a hard drive under my computer.

Any help would be great :)

If you're running iTunes on your computer, you have to enable disk mode for the iPod to show up as a drive letter.

Go into iTunes preferences, under Edit->Preferences->iPod->General, and check the box marked "Enable Disk Use" and your iPod should show up as a drive letter in your "My Computer" window.
