I need some suggestions for workout songs or paylists. Most of my music doesn't have the right beat and I'm tired of listening to what I currently have setup. for the gym.
Thanks!

Try out the jRiver's Media Center Version 9. It let's you analyze all your songs for intensity and Beats per Minute. You can then create some Playlists for songs with more than 140 Beats per Minute for workouts etc...
Love the CD Tribal Spain by Jesse Garcia for Workouts.

Don't Go Break'n My Heart - Elton John and Kiki Dee. Its a song for all heterosexual men to listen to when pumping iron.

Besides just the faster beats, I like to stick to more fun/funny songs:
Digital Underground- The Humpty Dance
Young MC- Bust a Move
And so on...

for workout music I recommend european dance music....
it's ALWAYS the best motivational tool for me...
.....and you don't have to tell anyone at the office if u just listen to it on the mp3 player at the gym ;) ....
.... here's a compilation series on itunes that I recommend -- the "euro club hits" series:
