I have a new ipod photo, I have taken it out of the package, I used the cables to load my friends iPod, But this ipod has never been used.

Anybody know this guy? MedicDJ? I've bought his ipod and I feel like he's stringing me along - he doesn't seem to offer any proof of legitimacy so I'm trying to gather some for or against on my own.

No - and at this point I can hardly get him to reply to emails - He won't even get me a tracking number or receipt . . . .Maybe the guy is busy with his grandmother but I know if I had some guy threatening charges and such I'd make it a priority to spend 10 minutes and resolve it. He supposedly shipped Tuesday overnite express but I haven't seen a thing. Any contact info or news one way or another on the guy would be helpful.

I offered to go and buy this guy a new ipod since the other one is???? Im not worried about charges, Im in the right he will get the ipod on monday. My grandmother may die, so I dont care about the whole ipod thing, But I gurentee monday night this guy will come back and say yep I got it. And if he doesnt I will post the tracking number so everyone can look at it in my defense.

sounds like were working stuff out at this point btw - he called yesterday - at any rate - to answer your question I paid 470 shipped - the going rate on ebay seems to be 480ish
