WTB: 40GB 3G/4G/Photo?

I've managed to literally lose my 40GB 3G iPod, and I'm looking to replace it. What I need some help figuring out is what will fit in the 40GB 3G cradle that I still have. (I gotta salvage something out of this deal!) So, what are my options? I want at least 40GB, and I'm willing to go either 3G, 4G, or photo. (Is photo a 4G or its own category entirely? I don't know.) What fits into my left over cradle from the long forgotten days of my 40GB 3G?
