Ipod wont turn on

I recently bought my 20 GB ipod two days ago, and it has been working fine, but now when i turn it on it doesnt do anything! I had a full battery and all i get is a blank screen and it wont turn on? Is my ipod toast? I only had it for two days and i am angry. Thanks for the help

My ipod wouldn't turn on either i believe chilly temperature was to blame, but I read the Guide and found the solution. Don't jump to conclusions without exploring your options. Read the guide :)

Reset your ipod. The instructions are on the iPod User Guide:
Toggle the hold switch on and off then hold the select and menu buttons for atleast 6 seconds, until the apple logo appears.

and if the reset that way doesnt work FORCE RESET it....do this by plugging it in and resetting it.
