Lets vote for the Worst iSkin reseller/retailer. This way we can help other ipod fans from being disappointed when they decide to buy iSkin from the various resellers out there.
Worst Criteria:
- Slow or no email response
- Slow shipping
- High Price

Unfair Polls. Few people have used all 3 stores. For example, many who don't like their experience with iSkin.com are likely to choose another for best, without having used it. Vis Versa as well.
Revise polls to be:

Okay, the only store I've used is iSkin.com and personally I think their service pretty much bites. Let me just give you a little instant replay of what I've been through since I placed my order on August 3, 2003:
So I place my order for a White Frost exoSkin (the ones for the 3rd gen iPods.) Since "White Frost" was one of the few colors NOT listed as "Backordered" I expected them to ship it as soon as possible. When I completed my order, much to my delight (or so I thought then) the online invoice said that it would ship immediately and should arrive within 3 to 5 business days. Okay, so I'm thinking "Awesome, this might get here before my iPod does." ... uh uh. Well, today's the 26th of August and it's still not here. But let me not get ahead of myself, I haven't told the whole story yet.
So a week after I place my order I'm kind of wondering why it hasn't arrived yet. Well, someone from iSkin.com calls (when I'm not home by the way) to say that they somehow lost my credit card number and that I had to call them or e-mail them with my number in order for them to ship the product. I'm thinking, sh** this is more trouble than I thought it would be.
Regardless, I call them, no answer. I send an e-mail with my credit card number (which I was really hesitant to do) and hoped that they would send it out as soon as possible. Well, yet a week a later they send me another e-mail. "Which shipping option would you like?" FRUSTRATION. So I respond. Still no iSkin, exoSkin, whatever it's called.
I decided to write them a "friendly" reminder about it yesterday, and guess what? They still hadn't shipped it. But according to them, it WILL be shipped out this week. .. I'm not holding my breath.
So that's why folks, I think iSkin.com pretty much has some of the worst service I've dealt with in a long while.

yeah iskin.com sucks ###. ive wrote them once to see where my order status was at and the second time was to yell at them for how crappy their service was. Thanks for nothing iskin.com!

i just ordered a artic evo from iskin.com. i emailed them asking a question and they got to me a day later. to me thats actually very good cust serv. maybe they got better service? who knows.
