i have the photo ipod 60 gig, does this suppose to come with the program musicmatch, i cant find it if it does.

No, all of the new iPods (4G and photo) come with iTunes 4.7.

Musicmatch was included with older-generation iPods, back when iTunes was only available for Mac.
