The site is basicly a search engine to locate free music. You type in the artist name and song your looking for and it will search 4 different free mp3 sites and post the relevent free result sites for you. Since it is only searching for the sites it should be ok to use.

well, I downloaded 10 songs of Linkpark album for free. I don't know. but it seems to be OK if you only use for personal.
