I am trying to find out everything also. I have been using audacity but I am having a hard time getting music and my voice to record at the same time. If anyone here know's how to do this, please help us!!!!

As far as posting your podcast online, you basically need a site to host it and then using an FTP tool upload the podcast to that location. As far as recording music and talk at the same time on Audacity, what we do is us either Winamp or Windows Media Player to play the music while we talk. Simple.
