Please choose the appropriate forum for this topic. Thank you. Shure has now, COMPLETELY free of charge, replaced 2 pairs of E2c earphones. I guess I mangle them up pretty good at the gym or something, because after ~8 months of use they always start to get static.

You don't even have to call them if it's in the warranty period (two years now for 'phones!). Just send in your invoice with the RMA form and voila: a week or so later (if you sent USPS Priority like I did) you'll get back a BRAND NEW set of phones.

DAMN I love those guys. That's the kind of no-hassle service which will make my next purchase a pair of Shure ANYTHINGS.

No, I don't work for Shure or anything, I just like when a company stands behind their products without hassling you like it's your fault that you broke it or something. Thumbs up boys, big time.
