Ideas for car holder when using case?

Does anyone have any ideas on a car holder that would work well with the DLO Action Jacket? All the holders seem to me to be designed for use with either skins or no case at all. Any help is appreciated!!

I don't know how thick the action jacket is, but you might be able to get it to work with a Monster iSportCase. I have a Speck SkinTight skin, and it just barely fits inside the iSportCase, which comes with an adhesive mount to attach the ipod to into your car. You have to leave the bottom part of the skin off, or cut it off though.

iSkin with no clip
iSkin with clip
iSkin with TwistClip (biggest)

in this thing and it works GREAT if you have a free cupholder.

The cup holder mount looks great. Do you think it would work with a slightly larger case like a contour design showcase. I have a 40G with the showcase and would love to try that mount if it will fit.

That looks pretty cool. I've never seen or heard of that one before.

I have my iPod in an iSee-40. Do you think that would fit in this holder?

I would say it could hold the iPod in just about any skin.

Can you post back and let me know if it works with the Showcase? I have an iSee -- it if works with your Showcase I'm sure it will also work with the iSee.

The iSee-40 is a tad bit thicker than the iSkin. Is your iPod a tight fit with the iSkin on, or do you think there would be enough room for a thicker case?

I'd really like to get this, but hate doing online returns. Unless I'm 99% sure it will fit I don't want to order it.

Yes. that is mine with the belt clip on back and it also fits with the very bulky TwistClip still attached. It is fully adjustable and has a quick release thing for when you leave. It'll fit.

I also sent an e-mail to the iStore and asked them. Shockingly, I got a response within about 2 hours. That's pretty good customer service.

Sounds good. I placed an order about 10 minutes ago. I'll report back here when it shows up and let everybody know for sure whether it fits the iSee.
