EX71 vs. EX81

What one would you reccommend? EX71's are cheaper, and more popular. EX81's are newer, with different features. What one would you suggest I buy? Are the 81's worth it? I've read reviews where people returned the 81's for the 71's. My original stock earphones are broke.

I don't like the clip things on the 81's, it makes them look stupid and they stay in fine without them

I use both and if I had to lose either then I would keep the EX71's. The EX81's sound better but are a pain to put on c/w the 71's and as I use them in bed the 71's win for me. In terms of comfort I cannot tell any difference what so ever.

I voted for the 71’s. I had a pair of older Sony clip on headphones that I used with my Sony MD recorder and I find the 71’s a lot more comfortable to wear especially for prolonged periods. Also as has also been mentioned above, you do not look such a prat wearing the 71’s

is there a sound quality diffrence between aac and lossles?
