I have a 3rd gen ipod with the apple case, but I don't like it because I have to constantly take it out. So now i'm thinking about getting a skin, are the iskins good?

Which of those and are those covered buttons and wheels better?

I dont know about your websites, but I myself own a blue ipod mini. I ordered a case from speck, the flip stand. My friend has one for his u2 ipod, and they totally rock. Look at this site and look for flipstand cases.

I bought the Sonic blue iSkin when I first got my iPod. I liked it, but I hated the way it gathered dust and I hated the way it masked the actual look of the iPod. I bought the iSee-40 and love it. Have you considered that one? There's a link in my sig if you'd like to read a little more about it.

neither of the xskin exo2 skins have covers over the buttons. it is a nice feature to stop dust from getting in. if you are going to buy a skin id strongly advise getting the ice, with all the other colors you tend to get a lot of lint on them. if you want to check out more skins theres www.iskin.com and www.lajo.biz. i would also strongly recomend the contour design showcase, for the 3g is has many colors and is an overall great case.

Oh yeah, I also want a screen cover as well. A color one would be good. Do they sell any good spare batteries that you can attach to your ipod?

the iskin comes with a screen protector. the iskin company also sells a pack of different colored screen protectors as well.

and yes... there are spare batteries that can attach to your ipod... although having a case (such as an iskin, speck product, or lajo skin) makes it impossible to attach to.

wraps are the only type of case that allows for most battery packs to stay attached... but wraps are only good for scratch protection, not drop/bump protection.
