wow....can iSkin.com get any more pathetic?

Earlier this month, I called them up and demanded a refund for my iSkin order and they said it would indeed be taken care of....now over a half month later, I got my credit card bill...no signs of any refund and today they just shipped out the iSkin...this is possibly the most irresponsible and unprofessional company I have ever had any business with.

yea, that sort of happened to me. i call once and was assured that they would refund me my money that day. the next day i didnt see a credit to my paypal account so i called again and was again assured of a refund. still no dice. it took 3 calls and on the third one i made the guy stay on the line until i got the credit to my paypal account. persistance is the only thing that works with this company

a funny twist too. even though i cancelled my order a few weeks ago, i got an email today saying that it was going to be shipped out soon.

I ordered mine some time ago from iskin.com but still no news of the shipping. It suppose to be shipping as i ordered the snow color. Email them few times but no respond. excellent customer service!!!

i regret buying from that shop. I should have bought it on ebay or other iskin retailers. <sigh> cant use my new ipod freely till now.

will be submitting the paypal complain form for not receiving a paid item when the 30 days requirement is up. anybody done that?

the problem with iskin.com is that they only want the $$$. as long as they get the $$$, they will be crooks no matter what. I'm filing a complaint to my credit card company for their lack of responsibility
