Brand new 40 gb iPod for sale

I got two engraved iPods for Christmas and need to sell one. The iPod is new in an opened box but never used. It is engraved on the back which is the reason I can't return it. I would like to offer it to somebody on this forum before I go the eBay route.

I am looking to get at least $350 and will ship only within the US. I can take PayPal, Visa, MC, Amex or check.
