Radioshack carries the Sony MDR-EX71's... in white even. They're hard to find instore, and I think they're 49.99

I got a pair for Christmas, and I am very please with them, and iPodlounge gives them really good reviews.

Just amazing... this is not AIM, this is a message board you have enough time to sit down and type out a well thought out a message, that includes, but is not limited to: Proper punctuation, and correct spelling. I mean wow, and its not just this one post but most of your posts.
2. Radioshack sucks, don't go there for a pair of headphones, besides they overcharge anyways.
Check out Head-fi.org and ask them.

As much as I hate and despise Ratshack, the price they have the Sony EX71 in white is pretty good at $49.99. Granted there are better headphones elsewhere but its a good start.

I've got the older version of their PRO35A Titanium headphones. Great sound, and bass out the wazoo. They tend to hurt your ears after 30 minutes, though. :( They sell for $40, it sometimes they have them for half-price.

The Sony MDRA35G vertical in-ear headphones sound slightly better than the Apple earbuds, but they are so comfortable you may forget that you are wiring them. They are only $20.

"out the wazoo" means the same as "up the ying-yang" ;)
