Shuffle in Apple Stores?

What are my chances of finding a Shuffle in an apple retail store? I would have ordered one at apple.com but i have 90 dollars in gift cards to use.

well, if you want to buy it from retail store, you have to wait until January 22th. I don't know about gift card thing. is it for itunes music store for purchasing? or anything you want to buy for mac products?

apple gift cards are for the apple retail stores only, these are different than the itunes cards you get at target, best buy, and whereever else they sell those things. for some reason their website does not accept them, so i'm glad i work a mile away from a retail store

btw, you can use the gift cards towards anything in the retail store

i called my local apple store today and they said they got a small shipment friday (the 14th) and they put me on a waiting list, i am only munber 25, and they expect a shipment sometime this week. hopefully i will get a call on my birthday this wed.

I saw only one iPod shuffle at my Apple Store yesterday (Jan 16), and that one was hanging around the neck of one of the employees. Didn't ask him when the full shipment was coming in.
