Where can I buy a case?

I just ordered a 20 GB from Apple.com and I know I'm going to need a case for it. It seems like everyone in here talks about ordering their cases.. Can I buy a decent case from a place like RadioShack or Circuit City?

Also, can I buy an iSkin from a store or are they only available on iSkin.com?
