While I look forward to getting my IPS, I think Apple needs to rething the price of AppleCare for this $99-149 item. $60-$70 is a bit steep. Good thing my credit card doubles the warranty.
That's why if/when it breaks you throw it in the trash and buy a new one.

It really scares me when I read about people throwing $100 into the garbage like it's nothing. Could you send it to me instead?

I wouldn't worry about Apple Care on this one. Flash devices are almost indestructable.
I was being sarcastic with my answer, but it's the truth. It'll last a while so Apple Care is unnecessary at the price, but when it breaks there's really nothing you can do or nothing worth doing but buy another one.
