Just some one of the disclaimers at the bottom of the iPod shuffle website:

Just because its smaller than gum, doesn't mean its the same as gum.

doh..I just saw that this was already pointed out. Well, I tried to search but it kept returning an error. Well, at least now more people can heed the warning.

Who in their right mind would EAT an iPod Shuffle? LOL! That's funny. I love stupid warnings like this. Once I heard of a CD Tower that had a warning that said "WARNING: DO NOT USE AS LADDER!" I mean can you even put your feet in those little slots? I'll stop here, I could go on and on.

That's because the UK site one is a joke, the US one is a legal disclaimer to avoid lawsuits ;)
Then they should also say not to put it into other orifices.
Apparently you should not eat the ipod shuffle. (check screen dump)
