Case that will work w/BTI ipod battery II

I am looking for a case that will work with the BTI ipod battery II. If I can't find a case then maybe just some screen protection. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated. I have a 4g 20GB ipod btw.

None of the cases will fit in that tight space. I have BTI & Belkin battery back packs and haven't found any case that you can leave on the iPod that fits the tight space. It was designed to hold the iPod without a case.
