Missing songs on iPod (how to find them)

Hi,
For some time now I have several songs that don't move to the iPod in sync.
I'm using winXP with iTunes and I have a 40GB 4g iPod.

The problem is that I have over 5000 songs in my collection and in my iPod something like 60 are missing - my Q is how can I find them??

I can even B satisfy with a way to extract the song names to a file from both iTunes and iPod and I'll write a program that will do the search and find...

Please help ME... :confused:

Dont know how I didnt thought about it before - Apple did all the wark for me and didnt even tell me about it!

Smart playlist - its a great thing!

I made several on the go list from the iPod (from Genre for me - have only 18 and playlist is up to 1024...)

Then when I sync it went to itunes... and then (as you proboly guessed :) ) I just did another play list - for the files that cant be found in ether of the on the go list!

That's all.... ;) - sorry for my english...

I guess at the end that is exactly what I will do...
Still hope someone wrote a script or something to do this automatically ;)
