earphones/headphones in subzero (celsius)

Hi,

Has anyone found a set of headphones, ear buds, which the rubber
wire cover stays suffiently flexible when it gets cold.

Below freezing the wire on the buds which came with my iPod get stiff enough
to knock the buds out when myjacket moves or my armbumps the wire.

This is the rubber getting stiff not ice forming.
