iTrip - help needed

I have had an iTrip for about 3 months and it has been working fine until today when I tried to retune it to a new frequency. Now it won't broadcast on either the new frequecncy or the original one.

I have followed the instructions on the Griffin website (reset the ipod then retune the itrip). But it still won't work.

Has anyone seen this issue? Does anyone have any suggestions?

that happens basically every time i change stations. i still haven't come up with how or why.
i also haven't come up with a good solution. i just keep following the instructions (tune the station on the stereo, play a song, select the station on the playlist) until it decides to work again. oddly enough, it happened last night when i didn't even change the damn station.
i've learned that when i get it working not to change it!
