This happens because when you touch the damn tunecast II, your damn body acts as damn antenna. This isn't really a problem; I don't know why it annoys you.

That makes no sense. I don't really understand what you're trying to say.
What a sad, sad person you are. I feel sorry for you, really I do.
You're welcome, by the way.

Ok I'm going to reach with this, and let go of the immaturity in me that's busting to get out. Do you hold the tunecast as you drive to improve reception? That's the only conclusion I can come to as why it would annoy you that it gets better reception when you touch it. If you do that, then I can see why it would get annoying. However, you shouldn't be doing that anyway, and you should get ok reception without having to touch it. If this isn't what you're trying to say, please explain further. I honestly want to help if I can.

Ok now that that's clear...
There's not much you can do there. Since touching it is the only way for you to get a satisfactory signal, your options are limited. The only thing I can say is either to get an iTrip ( I assume you're using an iPod), which in my experience has had the best reception and sound quality, or to buy a tape adapter, which would give you uninterrupted signal.
